1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and purchasing for legitimate laboratory research to create an account or submit an invoice. Accounts are reviewed and may be declined, suspended, or closed at our discretion.
2. Research use only
All products are supplied for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary use, nor for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease. You agree not to use, resell, or distribute products for any other purpose. See the research use notice.
3. Invoices and payment
Submitting an invoice is an offer to purchase at the listed prices plus any shipping charge shown. Payment is made by Zelle or Venmo using the instructions provided. An invoice is accepted when we mark it paid. We may cancel any invoice before acceptance, including for unverifiable payment, unavailable stock, or a pricing error, and will say why.
4. Shipping, pickup, and risk of loss
Shipping charges and pickup terms are described in the shipping and pickup policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier or at pickup. We are not responsible for delays by carriers.
5. Final sale
Products are final sale. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the invoice number.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. Information you provide must be accurate and current.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Products are provided "as is" for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for that invoice.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Battle Line Peptides against claims arising from your use of products in violation of these terms or applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. When the version changes, you will be asked to accept the new terms the next time you sign in before continuing.
