What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address, plus the date, time, IP address, and browser of your eligibility and terms confirmations. When you submit an invoice we record the products, quantities, totals, delivery choice, and any notes you add. We record the email notifications we send you.
We do not collect or store payment card or bank details. Zelle and Venmo payments happen in those apps; we see only that a payment with your invoice number arrived.
How we use it
To review and approve accounts, process and ship invoices, send transactional email about your account and invoices, keep accounting records, and prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a browser storage entry to remember that you confirmed eligibility. No advertising or analytics cookies are set.
Sharing
Shipping carriers receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your order. Our hosting provider stores the site's data. We disclose information when required by law.
Retention and your choices
Invoice records are kept for accounting purposes. You can update your profile at any time. To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account, email us; personal fields are removed from closed accounts while invoice totals are retained for bookkeeping.
