Shipping and pickup
Shipping
Shipping is $15.00 flat per invoice and free when the product subtotal is $200.00 or more. Orders ship after payment is verified, and a carrier tracking number is added to your invoice when the package is on its way.
We ship within the United States to the address on your invoice. Check the address carefully before submitting; address changes after payment may delay the order.
Local pickup
Choose local pickup on your invoice to skip the shipping charge. Local pickup is arranged by email after payment is confirmed.
Handling
Lyophilized vials are stable at room temperature during transit. On arrival, refrigerate at 2 to 8 °C, protect from light, and do not freeze.
Issues and returns
Because of the nature of research materials, products are final sale. If a package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your invoice number and photos, and we will make it right.
